John R. Ale (Jack)

Career Highlights:

 

Mr. Ale served as a policy advisor and Director of Congressional and Legislative Affairs for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Department of Interior for thirteen years.  The Bureau’s budget grew from two billion to over four billion during his tenure.

 

Jack was the recipient of the National Achievement award for Outstanding Service from the National Congress of American Indians for his many years of outstanding service on behalf of Native American people.  The National Congress of American Indians is the oldest and largest Indian organization representing elected governments and Indian people at large.

 

For sixteen years, he served as an Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice.  His service included being Chief Liaison Officer both to the White House and the US Congress.   He was honored to receive a Superior Accomplishment Award from the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for his service to the Bureau and the American people.

 

Jack is an Army veteran of both World War II and the Korean War.  His final stint in the military he served as Company Commander, Company D 160th Regiment, 40th Infantry Division.

 

Mr. Ale is a graduate of Georgetown University, Washington DC and is an active member of a number of civic and charitable organizations.
